Founded in August 1994, Chongqing Bosai Mining Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Bosai Group") has more than 300 million tons of high-quality bauxite and over 30 million tons of high-grade manganese ore reserves globally. Its products are sold worldwide, with both the production and sales volume of high-alumina clinker and brown fused alumina ranking first in the world.

Chongqing Jiulong Wanshan Project plans to invest a total of 7.5 billion yuan in the production of 3.6 million tons of low-sodium alumina annually. It is currently the largest single investment and fastest construction project in the aluminum oxide industry nationwide. The project adopts the most advanced Bayer process in the aluminum oxide industry, with supporting facilities such as power supply and distribution systems, raw material storage yards, water supply and drainage systems, comprehensive utilization systems for waste heat and by-products, environmental protection facilities, fire safety facilities, finished product warehouses, and spare parts warehouses. The equipment used is large-scale and integrated.
