Slanvert promotes the technological upgrading of the LNG industry
Slanvert adhere to the concept of "green" development and actively respond to the "dual carbon" strategy. In order to achieve circular economy construction and provide higher quality solutions and service levels, improvements are continuously made in various aspects such as production process technology and energy efficiency to help energy conservation and emission reduction. A customized solution for refrigerant compressors - high-pressure variable frequency system is provided for this project.

The project mainly consumes electricity and residual coke oven gas as energy sources. The annual electricity consumption reaches 30295.40 million kWh, while the consumption of residual coke oven gas reaches 48000 million m³. The entire project can produce 90,000 tons of LNG per year. Based on the calculation of customer's comprehensive energy consumption after technical transformation of the equipment, an additional amount of 156621.04 tce (equivalent value) and 207911.15 tce (equivalent value) are added on this basis. Among them, the monthly increase in comprehensive energy consumption for producing 90,000 tons/year LNG products is equivalent to 4399.37 tce (equivalent value) and 27618 .65 tce (equivalent value).
We have been committed to achieving the "dual carbon" goal and striving for more efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly development in the industry field. Through successful operation of a coke oven gas production unit with an annual capacity of 90 thousand tons/year LNG projects,Slanvert achieve to promote its application within the LNG industry。Although this is only a small part of our high-power transmission control products in this field, it is of great significance to economic benefits, social benefits, and environmental benefits.
As a project encouraged by the country for development, resource utilization and green low-carbon circular economy, this project not only eliminates the pollution problem caused by coke oven gas emissions but also maximizes the comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas. At the same time, by using clean natural gas LNG produced instead of civilian fuels such as gasoline and diesel fuel, it plays an active role in reducing vehicle exhaust emissions and improving local environmental quality.
